Wink for a minute with Wanda Digi Stamp!

Hi Friends, It's Sunday and I'm sharing a project from one of the You Tube Live shows I do on Thursday Nights at 8:00 pm EST!

Do you use Digi's?  Have you ever tried them?  Today I'm going to explain some of the things I personally like about digi's with you.  I don't speak for anyone else, these are just my opinions.

So today I want to share some of the digi PRO'S I've come across, with all of my crafty friends.

Digi's don't take up storage space
Digi's go everywhere your computer goes
Digital image sizes can be adjusted according to your needs
Digi's can be combined with other digi's before printing with no masking
Digital images can be flipped adjusting the orientation or direction
The price point of digital images are lower in general
The digital images are immediately delivered and there is no shipping cost

There are things about digital stamps that are a bit limiting.  However, all in all, they work wonderfully for me and the designer papers are the same as illustrations.

I hope if you have NOT given them a chance, that this information will be considered and perhaps prompt you to give it a go!

She's sassy and flashy and so very sweet! It's Winking Wanda digital image colored in pinks and blues! Place in the center of a band card for TLCDesigns.shop Papercrafting store
INGREDIENTS:

I love rubber/polymer stamps and digital images alike!

I illustrated "Winking Wanda" with her cute little chubby face, wispy feathers and that little signature heart when I opened my e-commerce store TLCDesigns.shop in January 2020.  She was one of my first and quickly became a favorite!

This card is not the average A2 size card.

I created this card with flaps that close over the front and the Acetate that wraps around the card and keeps the project closed.  On top of the acetate, I attached the little scalloped circle die with the cute digi image colored for a topper!  I stamped the Whimsy Stamps sentiment inside the card and secured the topper to a card base.  That's it!  Simple and Special!

Stay Crafty,

Can your sealife swim?

Happy Monday Friends!  Two weeks ago on my FB Live I created this cute little Interactive project with some of the newest products in the TLCDesigns.shop.  Step by step we make it together and I finish it up to show you today!

You can watch the entire crafting time TODAY on my Facebook Page!  Be sure to subscribe to continue seeing what I make and ring that bell as it's very important to keeping content live!  Thank you!

The project was simple and quick to make.  The coloring was done digitally and I printed the illustrations out onto Neenah paper and fussy cut them.  I distressed over the white Neenah paper with Ranger Distress Ink and was ready to get onto the card topper.

INGREDIENTS:
Sea Horse Samm and Friends digi pack

The NEW Sea Scene digi designer papers at the TLCDesigns.shop store gave me the entire background with just a click of the print key.

Don't enjoy putting the time into the background?  Are you unable to make a background that you're happy with in the end?  The full Scene digi designer paper is perfect for you!  Choose and Print!  Adhere it to your topper paper and that's it!

Just look at all that glossy gorgeousness!  The Puffer fish looks so realistic and mystical at the same time!  I love this image!

On the inside, I printed another sheet of the digi designer paper call Sea Scene and taped it down.  The sentiment comes in the Sea Horse Samm digi pack.  I assembled the Double Dial Die mechanism and the topper was popped up onto the card base!  The project was finished!  I hope you try the dial die interactive motion for yourself and see just how easy it is to bring your project to life!

Stay Crafty,

My Sealife comes to life with interactive dials!

Fully interactive and swimming sea life on my first Slimline Card!  I used both the Double Dial Die 1 and the See You In The Center Die this time and it worked out beautifully!  My niece loves to make the seahorse swim!  lol

It's created with digital design paper called Sea Scape Digital Paper

I printed out two of the images from the pre-colored Seahorse Samm Digital Stamp set with sentiments included, adhered them to some scrap stock and fussy cut them to use with the See You In The Center die used at the bottom of the slimline project.

The other image printed was not pre-colored but I colored it very quickly with some pencils, adhered it to some scrap stock and fussy cut it too!   The Fancy Fin images are so sweet!

I cut the slots of the Double Dial Die 1 in the top of the slimline project, assembled it and popped up a cloud on the horizontal brad and the curved slot was the home for the sperm whale here.  I cut 4 of the waves die from the Land and Sea die set and glued them to the edges of the card for some added texture, added some glossy accents on the bubbles in the background paper and some stickles to areas on the critters and the clouds from the Aztec Sunshine Circle die.

All of the mechanisms were in the same location behind the topper so I popped up the topper with pop dots avoiding the areas where the mechanism must move and attached the topper to the card base itself.  I did use some white gel pen in some of the areas on the images and on the background paper just for design and the project was complete.

Thank you everyone that joined me last Thursday night at 8pm EST for this project hour!  The giggling, joking around, sharing design thoughts and tips always makes this such a fun hour for me!  You truly bring me JOY!

Stay Crafty,

New Digital Stamp Release full of Greetings!

Look Who's Brand NEW!

(in more ways than 1! LOL)

I mean the latest digital stamp set with this cute little newborn dragon!  The name of the digital stamp set is Dragon Baby "Greetings".  I named the image Greetings because of the 9 sentiments that come along with this adorable illustration!

With the Paci or without!  Cover his egg with flowers or not!  Do you need a little boy baby card or invite or are you looking for an image that will guarantee a smile on the face of the recipient?  Spreading some Kindness or sending "Only Happy Thoughts"  this digital set says it all for any occasion!

On Thursday nights  FB Live broadcast, I make an adorable little project with some design paper from the "Sweet A Cake" digital papers collection with the brand new custom die called "Happy Dragonfly Circle".

I printed the paper with the digital sentiment included and adhered it to stock paper.  Then I repeated the process with the previously colored little dragon image from Procreate and fussy cut the image.  The designer paper was cut with the largest doily like die in the Happy Dragonfly circle set and I popped each layer up with some dots.

I wound a bit of twine around the die cut until I was happy with the way it looked and grabbed a flower die from the set and cut from stock.  Distress Ink color Blueprint Sketch was added to the edges of the flower petals.  With black Copic ink, I colored some white pearls and placed them in the center of the flower.  Then I repeated that process with a few tiny crystals and created a crystal banner across the top of the card in black to balance off the card.

This was such a fun evening and the input from the viewers were so enjoyable!  I hope you love this little guy as much as I do?  Keep your eyes out for his three little Dragon friends in Poly too!  They're coming very soon!

Digital Square Up and Cut!

It's time to share one of my favorite Floral projects created live on FB just a while back!  The Happy Bouquet is the name of the Digital Stamp and it is simply and beautifully swag!

Today's project is modeled after a designer technique I learned over 10 years ago or more but it's what I call an oldie but goody!  One that never gets old or goes out of style!
